The X Vision data sampler (DataLogger) allows sampling, recording on disk and graphically displaying (through Trend) the progress of the measurements of the monitored system.
The measurements to be sampled can be grouped into groups with different sampling parameters: in this way it is possible to distinguish the sampling frequency based on the measurement to be monitored, optimizing the space occupied by the historical archives on disk.
The historical archives generated by the sampler can have different user selectable formats for each configured group, for example ASCII (CSV format), ODBC.
For each configured group it is possible to specify the sampling activation mode that best suits your needs:

    1. continuous sampling with a frequency configurable by the operator.
    2. continuous sampling only within time slots with a frequency configurable by the operator.
    3. continuous sampling conditioned by an Item Trigger
    4. sampling on the rising edge or a Trigger Item descent
    5. sampling on change of a Trigger Item

The sampled data can be displayed graphically in the form of historical or dynamic trend.
