During editing, you can check the result of your work done by previewing the page with X View.

The Preview command activates the display module (X View) and loads the current page. If no page is open the page loads the configured startup.


To preview a page:

    1. Select the Preview command from the View menu or click the icon in the Preview toolbar, if visible.
    2. The system enables the display of the page in X View.
    3. To end the display close X View (click on the close button or Alt + F4).


The preview of X View allows you to see the result of all the changes made in the page by X Editor, even if not yet saved. Conversely, if the page is loaded directly from X View (at launch or as a result of a call to other pages), the display will take into account only the changes saved to a file.
