In addition to the editing tools common to normal text editors, RTF has some specific tools that facilitate the editing of the report, selectable from the Report menu.

The specific tools are listed below:

 

{Ex}

Insert reference

Inserts a field reference ("{Ex}") at the current cursor position.

 

Preview

Displays the preview of the current report, displaying the result of the processing. The preview window allows the printout to be printed.

 

Note: The Insert Reference and Preview tools require that the X Vision system is active.
