Alarms management
Alarm or event messages originate in the database (RTDB). Whenever the value of an Item changes, the database processes the data and checks whether an alarm / event condition is associated with the new value.
The system allows the management and recording (on file or printer) of the messages.
A new alarm is notified to the operator by sound signaling and display of a message.
The generated historical archives can be queried with the History application.
The Alarm Manager allows you to record the messages generated by the database on file and / or printer and to display them in the synoptic frames using the Events List animation
Events and alarms can be associated to different Signaling groups that allow the partialization of notifications. Each Realtime Database item can be associated with a Signaling group.
The system also allows the recording of operator messages, system messages and messages from the modules of the integrated Remote Alarm subsystem (see chapter "Remote Alarm", in this guide).
The system allows the management of summaries of alarms containing alarms generated by the database.
The alarm signals remain in the list of Alarm Summary until the operator acknowledges it (Acknowledge), then by optionally resetting the message (Reset).
The History application displays the history of the alarm / event messages.
