You can change the order of the Z-axis (stacking order) of an object by using the following commands:

Bring to Front

The selected object is superimposed on any other subject

Send to Background

All objects are overlapping the selected object

Move Upward 

The selected object is moved one level up

Move Downward

The selected object is moved from one level down.
