To insert a symbol on a page you must activate the Symbols Library selecting the command Symbols Library from the menu Animations\Symbols.

Then, locate the desired symbol by opening a category and selecting a symbol inside it. Selected a symbol, drag it to the page or click on the button Insert.

If the added symbol is an Intelligent Symbol, after the insertion you run the Customization Wizard associated with it. Otherwise the Reference Explorer is activated to edit the items or expressions may be referenced by the symbol. (For more information, see "Changing references to a symbol" and "Intelligent Symbols").
