You can temporarily disable the management of a single alarm definition, without performing the removal and without changing the conditions, simply by acting on the Enable field in the Alarm properties  window.

Enable status is displayed in the Alarms configuration list. A check mark distinguishes the alarm definitions whose management is enabled. 

To enable / disable the operation of an alarm:


    1. Select the definition you want to change the enable status
    2. Select the Edit button
      - Or -
      click with the right mouse button on the selected item and select the  Edit Alarm command from the context menu
    3. In the  Alarm Properties window check o uncheck Enable. A check mark indicates that the management of the alarm is enabled.
