The event list animations, whose configuration was dealt with in the "Animations" chapter, represent one of the main tools of user interaction with the alarm management system at runtime.

The list can operate in two ways:

    1. Events history
    2. Alarm summary

In event history mode, the log of the last events occurring in the system is displayed, starting from the last activation; in Alarms Summary mode the list displays the summary of the pending alarms.

For each mode it is possible to extend the display to all signal groups or limit it to the group of interest only.

The information displayed in each list is freely configurable. Some columns (Ack and Date / Time Ack) take on meaning only in Alarm Summary mode.

The Event Lists integrate tools for managing the alarms displayed and the beeper, depending on the operating mode. These run-time functions can be activated via popup menus, depending on when configured in the Command section of the animation properties window.

Run-time commands are allowed only when the security criteria (Level and Areas) assigned to the animation are compatible with those relating to the current user.

All the functions available from the menu can also be called from animations, menus or from appropriately configured keyboard events. In this case, the enabling level necessary for their activation is determined by the security level associated with the animation / event from the keyboard.
