The drawing area hosts the synoptic pages in development. X Editor is an MDI environment (Multiple Document Interface) that allows you to work with multiple pages open at once, and to copy elements from one page to another. For each open page displays a tab; to navigate between open pages, simply click on tabs.



The tabs also allow you to change the layout of the pages in the area. For example, you can tile vertically or horizontally two or more pages simply by dragging the tab, as shown in the following figure:
