We are pleased to announce the release of the XVision 8.0 build 24345 maintenance version. This release includes a series of fixes (FIX) aimed at improving the system’s stability, performance, and reliability. Below is a detailed list of the implemented fixes:

• Actions: FIX: The pre-wired action DataGrid: Load List did not trigger the OnSelectionChanged event when the content of the selected row differed from the previous content.
• xEditor: FIX: The Find/Replace function did not consider items specified in the Data List -> Data Source -> Query Parameters property of the DataGrid animation.
• xEditor: FIX: The Find/Replace function did not consider properties referencing a data source (expressions/datasource).
• xEditor: FIX: The project validator did not check the DataLogger configuration.
• xEditor: FIX: The Project Verification window did not consider the item specified in the pre-wired action DataSource: Copy Column to Item.
• xEditor: FIX: The Cross List did not consider the item specified in the pre-wired action DataSource: Copy Column to Item.
• xView: EXT: Command-line support has been added for the /L parameter to set the initial value of local variables (e.g., /L[Group1.Variable1:value1];[Variable2:value2];…).
• XVWebApp: EXT: Added support for the new function GetExpressionValue().
• WebApp: FIX: The correct MIME type has been set for client file requests (GET).
  This allows the WebClient to function properly when X-Content-Type-Options = nosniff is enabled for the site in IIS.
• ActionsParams: EXT: Added new function GetExpressionValue() to enable the use of local variables/expressions in DataSource parameters.
• VirtualFolderCfg: FIX: When copying an XVision project, the system retained the physical path of the system folders from the source project.
• VirtualFolderCfg: FIX: Added a check to prevent duplicate virtual folder names.
• ItemList: FIX: xEditor displayed the error message:
  “The specified item already exists. Enter a name that has not been used.”
  when moving/copying a group into another group.
  After the operation was completed, the system created the copied group in the target group, but not its items.
• ItemList: FIX: xEditor froze when the target group was a subgroup of the source group.
• xvcore: FIX: The WebClient did not handle the pre-wired actions LstAll: Acknowledge All and LstAll: Reset All.
• xvcore: FIX: Popup pages did not consider the dimensions set in the pre-wired action Page: Open Popup.
• xvcore: FIX: In DataGrid, each time the grid was updated, the system repositioned the vertical scroll to ensure the selected row was visible, making scrollbar usage impossible.
• xvconn: EXT: Initial local variable settings have been added via parameters specified in the URL.
